Bad moodz.

Haven been du lan for centuries....its a series of unfortunate events 2 in making.
I screwed my driving today, because i wasnt really concentrating. Many mistakes...i think my instructor abit unhappy bout my performance too. Du lan myself.
It was so fuking hot in the morning,and thunderstorm in the afternoon. du lan myself, ps quek for sentosa. I broke my promise,my trust...pissed.
And i lost my tantrum to my mom.
And the toothache makes everything worse. Fuk.

Brighter side, i went out with zxiang and bhao to town. Walk around, quite blindly. Bought nothing, and spent 20 bucks on sakae sushi. Haha zomg, navy really made bhao fat. Lol.
Decide to settle for pool at BBSC. 2 pros,1 noob, and lotsa fun. 11.40pm marks the end.

Kept me occupied and makes me feel better.

shh...dun tell anyone but i slacked the whole day at work without boss around! loL.

but i had to endure the 9 hours of having a terrible toothache. Damn, hope nothings wrong with my gums. Hates going to dentists and doctors...boO.

and i managed to finally get my heavy ass outta my house at 9.20pm and go jog around lakeside park for 30min. cover only 4.2km or so, with my leg weights. great thanks to jookee,my motivation to get my lazy self outta house. Very very tiring...too long no run...no fit le. Shall continue this regime.

Mentally drained, physically shagged. Weekends finally here, gonna be fun-filled. Have a date with kazuki at sentosa tml. I dunno who his fwens are, but its time i stop being shy, muaha~. And then sunday gonna go out with yuanli again. Wee. Keeps me mind off thinking much nonsenses.

Haha, and realised recently life's been quite hectic. Been spending the many nites of the week pondering bout mortal issues....and realising how much ive failed in certain aspects of my life.
I kindda wished i was back to 14 or 15, so i could relive my past 6 years. I would change many things, many many.
So as of today, its time to step out of my little planet and face the universe. Yeah.

And so, without realising it, its already thursday of the week, 10april 2008. 1 month+ since i last wore green, and while taking a shower after my tuition, i suddenly miss my comrades-in-arms stranded in the lands of taiwan now. (Not that the showers' link to anything, dun anyhow think.)
Kindda miss them, miss the nostalgic moments under the stars, and sun...and miss the bonds we fostered.
Soon they would too outgrow the green uniform, and walk down the different paths laid for them.
Life is just like 1001 paths (and more), each planned to intersect only at 1 point or not at all.
Strangers we first met, fwens we became, and back to hi-bye stranger again.
Total nonsense.....haha but my point is, the next time u see someone u knew, the feeling is just never the same again.

Treasure every moment as if its your last. Don't forsake anyone, forgive and forget.

Yeah....its all so emo. I dunno....i guess my period of the month arrived. haha.

I wasnt quite in the right mind when i booked a driving at 7am this morning.....i had to drag my ass out of the house by 6.30.

it was the best turnout for basketball ever. We had a good 4v3 match, and the weather is freaking hot. My tummy became known as the smiley tummy...lol...

and the hor fun sucks, shouldve eaten prawn noodles.

Too tired, and i stoned and napped...and head down to meet yuanli to get yongshen's present. We had curry chicken at cine...then to NUM to get shen a tank top. Ended up with a bermudas....lol i bought 1 and yuanli bought 1 too, so funny. loving it.

jerold had long hair,cooL. and we head to fig and olive at bencoolen. Starting was very little ppl, but soon i saw many old fwens. Genx, eeghim,gwendoline,weixian...loL. i couldnt quite remember le,brain dead.

and my fellow fwens dint believe i know alot of ppl, so i waved to many of them. I was crowned Mr Popularity by the bunch of asses...loL.

With great hope comes greater dissappointment.

im glad i wasnt looking very forward to taiwan as much as my fwen was, and so we missed the chance of going taiwan because of some issues. owells, dissappointment is there, but im not taking it very to heart. Then i can fulfill my local committments! yay! great thing i haven pack my laugguage and changed currency.
but..the trouble i went thru to get my passport done is so not justified. Haha.

And so....life's been great recently. Except that i still lacking in exercise. Lotsa birthday parties to attend, lotsa stuffs to do, and a breather is necessary in june. Im gonna get a trip to redang, and/or perhaps HK or TW. With a few fwens,i believe itll be very fun. looking forward.

oh gosh, work feels so stranger to me. we've drifted apart, im glad about that. i took a break from you for 4 days, lol.

wahaha, and it drizzle and shine, making the air humid and unbearable. Off from work and a busy nite ahead, popular for assessment-hunting for adriel and dinner with me neighbour AGAIN....at sakae sushi. Ive been eating out with her quite often lately, lol. Thanks arh, for contributing to my tummy expansion.... Went library, a place ive nvr been fond of, and i merely walked around while she borrowed books.

It took 2 days and finally my passport is settled...
now i can fly to tw in peace!!!

and i notice JB is a cool place,shall take time off to shop over there once i got the time.
of course...for the first time i felt accomplished when i could fill up a malay form. and makes me wanna really study basic malay language.

had a swim at delta today while waiting for passport, and ate claypot laksa with yuanli at queensway. feels good to swim....but i spend more time tanning instead. Lol.....
and the laksa was hot....+ the humid weather i feel so sticky.....

And so our K was called off, and me and boon went bugis. He bought a bag, i nearly bought 1....

Went for my haircut, was raining over at jurong... Kindda sick weather, it turned sunny towards evening...lOl. And i got fedup, my atm card tio captured inside atm machine....zZzz....i feel so insecured without one. Dunno what my mom did man.zzz.

Supper with neighbour again!! omgsh, she so gonna make me fat. But nah, i had a mango longan ice. haha,tats all.

Tml is a busy day, over at JB. I pray hard to all gods for me to tide over tml peacefully...my next month's trip depend solely on tml le.

i just found out something shocking bout my plt mates......damn..too stunning le.

haha, and sooo i met sijie and leon and shawn at MS. Catch movie,eat dinner....and shop loh.

Semi-pro was quite boring at the start.. catch no balls...but later part of the show, more balls come out then can catch le. haha. Yea....gets interesting as it goes along. ill rate it 8.5/10 lar. funny funny comedy. Leon was laughing like mad beside me. haha.

Had carls junior...was quite ok portion but expensive. Good thing i nvr upsize...make me fat only. Shawn's portion was abit like 3x mine. lol.

Bought a shirt.

and we went down and ate at the hawker centre.

this mystical performance occuring downstairs near my house enticed me enough to stop in my footstep to watch.
malay music, bells and drums, with ppl riding on wooden horses, trainers holding whips, and charcoal smokes, with dances resembling imitation of snake and dunno what...Similar to the chinese "tiao dang" , the riders seem to be possessed by horse spirits and behave in a weird manner. Tried to google it but found no info, guess i should ask some malay fwens. anyways, quite dangerous when the riders come into onlookers and bang into some of them. Watched for awhile, then head back home.

oh yeah, b4 tat was at lunch-dinner with zicheng and zhengxiang @ westmall. sweat drenched me while i was eating, felt very hot...weird. Had coffee beans, and a little chat, b4 i took his bike home. Ha...fatty acquired a bad habit..

time to finance manage. Recent outputs is larger than input...gotta do some soulsearching, haha.

Days pass by like weeks.....only the 5th day of work and i feel the boredom. No choice....money is essential.

the very 1st tkd lesson i went to since 2 years. loving it, nothing much changed, haha except new faces here and there. i wish kok and quan were there, those were the days...nostalgic.

learned something from steven neo today. he said something very true bout the market now. Managerial positions starts off low pay, but more positions are available for promotion. Engineering kicks off with a good start, but eventually youll hit the top fast and get stuck there. Top pay for engineers are also lower compared to higher positions in managerial role. Great thing i took chem eng. , my fwens all say the demand for engineers is always there and i hope they're right. Considering my future career, i guess ill take up part time business courses after i graduate, so one day, i become the first engineer that overthrow my CEO. LOl....

Nothing beats cycling from jurong to harbourfront and back in the sunday nite, eating the wonderful cheese prata on the way, with 2 dudes like rabnick and wanweh. Enjoy the catching ups by the shore, as we reminisce of the old times. The stillness of the night seem to make time stopped, but occasional gust of cold breeze by the sea and gushing waters on the rocks reminded us that time and tide wait no men.

"10 years later, lets meet up and cycle like we did today" will we?

We bid goodbye, proceed home, and as i did, what wanwei said was actually as good as an inspiration for me.

As i lie down and stared at the ceiling instead of falling asleep, lacking sleep for work the next day dosent seem to bother me much. As i know, ive gained something of utmost value tonight. a fwenship that rekindled like fire, thanks to the sparks. A piece of emotional satisfaction, the wonderful memories of time spent under the stars on this particular nite.

Of course...i went to work zombiefied the next day....greatful that i pass my final theory with ease....lucky my sanity still last me thru. Price to pay, haha.

2007 was a good year. Had my share of fun in my green uniform, and now im into the civilian world back again.

lifes been great for 1 whole year, generally. the many ups and downs are kindda expected, but what dosen kill me made me stronger. Great new friends came along my way, eventful happenings that changed my perception in life, inspirations that kept my motivated and going.

sadly, goodbyes are common. and so i say it to my army, which memories i hold dearly of the times we spent going out in the fields, and playing back in camp. in a transitional stage, i see changes in myself as well as my friends around me. often than not, the old times seem to attract me more than now. nostalgic.

2008 is a challenging year. Leaving the NS, entering the workforce, going into the university, deciding my path in my life.....its gonna be eventful. Having a bad memory, I hope to keep this blog going, to record of the happenings this year. Publicity is not needed, my uninteresting life has no attractions and seeks no attention.

Merry Xmas to everyone!

Xmas means nothing to me...its just another public hol i yearn for.

Spent my day in koksiew house. Oh man...the place, reminds me of the good old days.
We had food,games,lotsa fun. Of course the ppl that make it happen, by being present. So nice.

The usual gang lar, still as fun as ever.

It kindda make me realise, that soemtimes old friends and buddies are still the best ppl you can find around. Thos that you spend ur time with. Sometimes life move so fast,that there are many things slipping away from u. Too much things to take care of, tat ppl tend to forget wats important to them around. A simple excuse of no time, not free, and u could be well missing a chance to catch up with some precious moments with long lost fwens. The feeling of getting together and enjoy is like, remembering the good old days...brings back the feelings and memories, very nostalgic. Thanks for making those days come back to life again ppl.

Alright, here goes

Im a pretty darn boring person...not that im not at all interesting, but owells, my life's been quite monotonous lately.
Oo lets see, a normal next-door neighbour teen, by the age of 19. He goes to school everyday, gets his grades and certs. After on, he move off to army, be a good soldier...and hope to get out of it alive. He dont live a colourful life, clubbing is not the style for him. Shopping? Maybe, but he dont really follow fashion too...a plain shirt and jeans is good enough, no fanciful blink blinks, coloured lenses, ear holes and rings. Playing sports? He knows everything but excel at none. Games? Yes, tats what his com is for.

Haha....life is dull....arhh~

Anyway...sentosa trip cancelled, max pek cek. Its hard to be an organiser sometimes...can understand. So...i joined my jc dudes to the zoO! free admission tix, haha thanks ms youtian. Pretty ok, nt too bad seeing animals and chatting up.

Envy of all my friends, who works 8-5. Such opportunity never did found its way to me, there are just so many things in life i want to do, but just too little of my own time...
Like a bird in the cage...peering at the outside world....

Can u imagine....if i can leave at 5, or 6....i have a night , a very precious night.
I can attend my lessons i missed for almost a year, and get pampered in the luxury of my room.
I can pick up more skills, skills of value that last me a lifetime.
I can spend time with my family, whom i dearly miss so much.
I can do so much more, oh man........

So i have conclude, after much brain-squeezing thoughts, about life and the way of life. Say its unfair? nah...some things you get, some things you dun, applies to everyone. Beneficial or not, i believe its quite well-distributed. So unfair is not a good word to describe. I would say its.....not ideal. Ideal, means moulding life into our desired outcome, but in reality, life moulds us to what we are to be and what we get to do, not the other way round. And so many a times, the ideal part is often seen in others but not in own, and tats very utterly depressing....

think im gonna resume my tkd lessons very soon. Since time is all mine now.
Playing basketball is fun, just dug out the 2-4 ball which we used to use to play every sunday and brought it to camp to play.
Men and comms? no diff lar, haha. We all wear the same berets. Just tat i have more responsibility, to take care. And so....we play together. Fun.
And so...my daily events in camp includes basketballs, scrabbles, monopoly, game of life, gym, eat, sleep. ok..............

Been thinking alot again...haha. Missing all the ppl in my life. Suddenly alot of memories lar.haha.

And today my fwens and i been talking bout how life would be after ORD.
on the T+1 day : ill wake up at 0530 and say wTF? where is my locker and sandals?

The long wait was worth it, and we began talking bout our different units now. As usual, the HOW LONG YOU NEED and NOT GOOD ENOUGH and NO GO still pop up.
Seafood platter for 2 with Yuanli, and the seasonal Sambal grilled....superb.

Went dota after that, game error towards the end. CS, but not very fun. Then chiong home in 174 with songkiu. Think i saw Hansheng,not very the sure. Reach home 1+ already. YawN!

Live firing!

How cool , i survived the firings. Can see tracers flying less than 0.5m beside you straight. Oo exciting. Lost the quad sight screw lar, how suay can i be.28km road march was in the evening. Afternoon was napping time. Izmal packed up and left while all of us were napping. Nvr got a chance to say goodbye.

Took some pics of the platoon together. Our last moments together. The route basically repeats, and pass into ntu. So it was quite monotonous...damn boring march. Got abrasions as usual, but graduate with the cpl rank on my arms. Came back in the early morn.
Packing up the bunk, packing up the feelings too.Posting out, the moment everyone yearning for. Everyone going different places, but mainly arti and medic and signals.Sian to max when i heard ASLC...suck thumb lar....................Another 11 weeks of sufferings.......ill nvr get to experience unit life. No 8-5 chance also...wats more, ill end up in tekong after tat. Life is so unfair for PRs....

Shifted my stuffs to Echo, platoon 1 sec1 bed 3. So many malays,and new faces. I wonder if i can adapt this time round. OC talk to us...say will be fun...but xiong. Walao...mentally breakdown sia.No last moments with my platoon mates.....they booked out b4 us. And so, the ASLCs booked out....and im still so mentally disturbed till now. Sadness......

Hi iM BacK!

Spent my birthday in camp! No big fat deal ,except my bunkmate trying to let it known to the world. And busy packing for grandslam!

Grandslam was fuN! The wanderer, damn shiok. Walk around tekong find checkpoints, lol insane. Anyway...spent the 3 days trying to learn all tat we could loh. Feed mosquitoes, sleep with nature, see moon see stars. Nvr brush teeth for 3 days, nvr bathe for 2 days, haha.

Had wanton mee with yuanli and jerold after bookout, nice sia.
Yuanli bought 1 whole set of naruto comics, jealous like hell loh.
Play arcade basketball, haha fun.

This week is filled with grasses, bushes, thorns (mimosa plants) and ants and other creepy crawlies. And of course, lower mandai rocks as it did the first time. Had fun bashing thru with my fellow mates. Camo creams still kick asses, seriously i hate it. And for the first time, i got a 9:20 for SOC, which means a pass. How the hell did i do it after 1 week of shagness, i do not know. Thankew whatever for giving me the strength. (prob is just the OC giving us early bookout that pushes me thru, thanks OC pal XD)

Putting all that aside, saturday was a nevertheless good day spent. Basketball had never been so fun without zicheng, kianwee, bernard and inghow. Well, we all met at last, at the time where the rambutans bloom. Of course, everyone still the same, like good old days. And this guy whom we use to conduct IDP crystal growing for. He still remember us, how cool. good luck to him, A lvls this year, mUahAH. What i gained today is a sprained ankle, and lotsa fun, with some rambutan treats.

Tried locating suren, he's busy with the meetparent session. Maybe he was sitting too close to me, but he seems abit more "richer" in body mass than usual. haha.....happy ppl always put on weight i suppose. Getting married soon, grats him.
Saw bookshop auntie, as usual, she and her evil mouth. Haha of course crap with her again, as we use to do. Im holding back her 1 buck voucher, so that i can suan her the next time i meet her.

had nites out on a particular day. went jp with my bunk mates, play arcade,eat and walk around.

dialled for pizza hut delivery on one of the nites also, haha had a fun time together.

live firing yesterday, booked out only at 5pm+.. the metador is cool, lol.

haha nearly got caught for breaching the army laws. lucky me.

Welcome to siSpec. (school of infantry specialist)

lol..was a slow 1 week i spent there.
boarded the bus , with the presence of the school CO there. 3 crabs...lol.
upon reaching, found out i was in this Golf coy, while the rest in Bravo...awww
reach the bunk, had our lunch, settle admin stuffs, and we got our rest only at 9+ on first day...

subsequent days spent on ippt cat, soc lessons, 60:120, st, agr....almost every physical exercises covered. Had lecture based lessons too, NE talks, TBTL...etcetc. So much covered in 1 week. Welcome to sispec man, lol....
Inspiring talks by CO, OC, WOs, which made me set my mind to do my best in this 10 weeks. Really, the sense of being a leader to be is so...shiok arh. But first...have to train up my physical fitness.haha.

And somehow, i just kindda miss my bmt mates. Miss the bunk there, miss the times we had
my bed buddy is yongshen! haha, glad i knew him , though not very well.
bunk ic....cry sia. and LSC (leader sec comm.) role,which will be rotated, other roles too.
The marching there is.....different. Everyone dig in, swings hands and lock elbows.

Having a good chat with ah joe just now about MLM. Dont hate it, but dont like it at all.
Money just spoils everything..dosen it.

MLM, what is it?
--Multi-level marketing, a stratagic business plan adopted by company and organisations.
According to dear ah Joe, a business student, such thing was banned some time ago in Singapore but recently, it's been surfacing up again cause the ban was actually lifted.
Why was it banned? People got cheated of their money when companies responsible for the worker's paycheck somehow close down,vanish, play hide and seek, play thickskin etc etc.
MLM, how it works?
--By the branching / networking method. U at the top, have this group of ppl as your underlings. They, form their own group of underlings, so on and so on. From there, each trophic level earn by drawing commissions from what their underlings, underling's underlings, underling's underling's underling blablablabla.... pro plan. but take a look, who's earning the most here?
MLM, why is it popular?
--The concept of OTOT, own time own target. This attracts primarily people ranging from 16 to working adult ages. OTOT concept cater to the needs of students as it does not restrain them from studies. Working adult might take this as a secondary job appointment, since they have a stable income from their main job.
MLM, what does it do?
--Basically marketing. They promote you this product, you "invest" ur money to buy and try it out, then you "invest" more money to buy samples to distribute to fwens to try out. From there on, you get hold of potential clients of the products. May be healthcare supplements, equipments, etc.
MLM, how to be successful?
--You reap wat you sow, but to sow, you need a big network, holding a significant amount of potential clients of the product. These products caters more to grown-ups ( definition of grown-ups = those who sloutch their lives away to get money, and all the mortal desires that blinds them from looking at the other good side of life). Hence, at age 16-20 , the chances of finding such potential clients is at its minimal.

Oo look how much ive picked up from a business student while sharing with him about .....certain private issues relating to MLM. Well, my post does not pinpoint nor criticise on anyone or any companies adopting this business framework but its only a mini wikipedia of my own. Statements are definitely not objective, take it at your own thoughts.

today found the photo album, holds memories. Dunno why,but triggers memories of my dear bunny. In memory of him 12-12-05...suddenly miss him.

saw this choir photo with weixian..reminded me of the times b4 choir camp,when me and the
gang planned our evil nite walk trail. Those pictograms are still with me, how nostalgic.

rainy days, down with a flu now. now i know how runny tap goes...when your nose just dun stop flowing kareens out.

ahnee called me out at nite , but i too tired to go.
finally got my cheecheongfun supper yest, super happy.

supposed to have tennis tml, but jeremy fell sick. so postponed,again.

look here, this is to tell you all that..my blog is not declared dead YET! haha but the chatbox.....must revive it........using the CPR!

hmm.....just finished my bmt course of army. POP 060606, was a joyous and sad moment.
And i survived the bmt! 2 months + of moderation from a CV to an ARMY life. been thru alot,seen alot, made alot of new companions too.

I just cant help but wonder wat pushed me thru the times man. Dennis got his almight God, Sebas got his almighty Yuyin, right almighty? and me....er.....wat have i got....lol. I've got...captain planet!!!!

Went macpherson take pay also. woot..
Went back C8, saw some old,new faces
ate nothing much during the party, haha.
Left for home, but reach JE no MRT anymore, so took a cab.

Mon went beach road with dennis and youtian..oonly to find the market closed for washing..wakaoz.....
and dennis was telling us how amazing his sandman stories,we gave annoying faces and comments...lol. think he got mad?haha.

went kinokuniya see books, bought 2 comics.

Tues wake up,wah super shiok sun so i went swimming
Stupid me tan the front nvr tan the back,end up red halfway.
go with dennis again to beach road,this time kianwee came.
Raining,so went cafe eat some stupid fried rice...not really nice.
Lucky it opened.....
Sat there,the auntie say wat we take wat, lol.
Met miss kaixin at the mrt....take her bio books.
Then came home with kianwee, went JP walk walk buy stuffs

Alrighty im finally gonna blog!

lol, finally left my job on sunday , the 20th march 2006, after 3 months there. gr8 exp, gonna go back when i have the chance. Gonna miss everyone there, esp those whore leaving in time to come also. thankew, thankew really for all the happy times.

3 more weeks b4 army, die liao, have not been training. And my body clock so screwed, slept till 3pm today even though i nvr work. must adjust back, must.......

went celebrating yuyins birthday yesterday. met at dennis house , played mahjong. Then buy cake, take cab down to yuyins house there. Went into her room, hide and gave her a surprise. can see her retarded face when she saw us, lol.

time to catch up with some of my fwens b4 i have no time for them again.
time to pack up my messy room
and send all my forms and applications
and exercise
and watch my tv
play game...list goes on

my last day is drawing near,so is almost many of my fellow fwens.
capt ben's last day yest, we sung and drunk till morning. he sung kiss goodbye 6 times, but kindda suit in since hes goodbyeing. kindda miss his presence today at work. no one to tease , and irritate me.haha.

dunno why but the past few months working there have been fun. made new fwens, mix around with customers, crapping and eating together. the income dosen really mean much when work is an enjoyment. always looking forward to go work, tats something nice.

Work my time away. Got my jan pay. It was incredible...1.2k left to 1k cause of cpf.
wat to do...but human nature to be forever unsatisfactory.So i shall not complain.

Oh yah, went sarahs house eat eat also,patsy weichong and ade were there. the rest nvr reply me, guess they're busy.
sarah flying off on wed le, will be missing her, but got work,cant send her off to airport.

Missing my tkd lessons, been so long since i step in. Rusty...and this sat and sun got big tkd event (NTU TKD tournament).Im suppose to officiate, so check it out man.

O's are out. All my fwens scored not really well, but i cant do anything too.
A's will be out soon, so pls lend me a shoulder when the time comes.
Yest i dreamt i got my results, AAB. my desired grades, the first time draeming of A's is good.The other time,i dreamt i fail,got ABC,lost my exam scripts,etcetc, all the bad things..oh my god...

Went eat breakfast together.

So went home..shower,and off again to the sickening orchard.

Man, really nice gang.
And we were made a couple..but we deny of course.
But we behave like we are a pair.....
